Polesworth Swifts JFC are pleased to invite you to their pre-season tournament to be held on Saturday 3rd and Sunday 4th September at The Polesworth School, Dordon Road, Dordon, Tamworth, Staffordshire B78 1QT. 

This tournament has been sanctioned by the BCFA (114173).
Your team must be BCFA affiliated to enter.

Cost of entry is £25.00 per team. Football clubs entering two or more teams  will pay a reduced rate of £20.00 per team.

As interest is expected to be high for this tournament, teams will be entered on a first come basis. All completed registration forms, together with non-returnable payment, to be received no later than 31st July 2011, to be sent to Mark Rymer, 3 Pooley View, Polesworth, Tamworth, Staffordshire B78 1BN. Age groups will be applicable to the 2011-2012 season
